Health focused eating is easy

Let's start with some basics.

Do you know that I'm a HUGE Foodie? I am. There are very few dishes that I would refuse and I can COOK. I love making *that* dish where your eyes roll back in a moment of yuuuumm! I also have a complicated relationship with food.

I grew up with a very “crunchy” mother. I learned early on how food impacted our health.

How does that saying go? Garbage in = Garbage out. This applies so much to what we consume as food. Quality is everything. This hyper-focus on health also created disordered eating; I was obsessed with eating the “right” thing, it’s called orthorexia. I feel many suffer from this or are so overwhelmed that they pick the easiest thing so, let’s break down what (healthy) food is.
